Admittedly I've never had a head cover wear out, with the possible exception of the Sabertooth putter cover I've used for about 10 years, but these covers all look very well made and look terrific. I've been waiting for MGS head covers to comeback out, so I jumped on these MGS Forum covers right away. They're outstanding!
Every time I'm at the course I get compliments on these covers. Top quality for sure, the mallet cover sits on my computer desk like a statue. Way too good looking to take out on the course every time.
The design of the head covers was exactly as expected, and the material used for the covers will last a significant and not wear out anytime soon, based on the thickness feel of the material itself.
The dimensions of the headcovers are almost perfect, but the Mallet Putter cover doesn't quite fit my mallet unexpectedly. If they had moved the Magnet further down the flap tab it would close fine, but due to the magnet location being extremely close to the flap fold, it doesn't reach all the way around some mallets to make a proper magnetic connection to the cover itself, and it won't sty closed on my Scotty Cameron Mallet putter.
Ordered these limited edition covers and was actually surprised by the very high quality and the very reasonable price. Incredible design and first rate quality with very quick shipping. Thanks again to both the CMC team and the MGS team for this amazing opportunity.
The quality of these head covers is second to none. You can feel the quality of the material right when you take them out of the package. I wish more high end clubs came with CMC head covers because the stock ones just don’t compare. After receiving this set I ended up ordering an additional fairway cover for my hybrid as well. Will be purchasing from CMC again🪠
