Orders
Can I edit or cancel my order?
You can send us an inquiry and our dedicated customer service team will get this resolved for you if the order hasn’t been packaged and shipped yet.
How do I track my order?
If you purchase Route Package Protection you can use the Route app for on-time tracking. If not, you can use the tracking number given to you through your shipping confirmation
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours.
Do you offer discounts?
We don't typically offer discounts on our products. Sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know of any promotions we are running!
Can I buy your products at a retail store?
Our products are also available in these fine retailers: PGA Tour Superstore, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Pro Golf Discount, and Worldwide Golf Stores (Edwin Watts, Roger Dunn Golf Shops, The Golf Mart, Van’s Pro Shop, Uinta Golf, Golfer’s Warehouse, Las Vegas Golf Superstore).
Shipping
How soon will my order arrive?
Most orders should arrive within 3-10 business days. There are instances where an order can take longer to ship, especially when international.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer $5 flat rate shipping everywhere in the continental US and a $20 Express shipping option which should arrive in 2-3 business days after processing. Hawaii, Alaska and International shipping is calculated by weight and distance.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive a shipping notification via email when your order ships.
Payment
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Shop Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Meta Pay.
Can I used multiple forms of payment?
We do not accept multiple forms of payment on a single order.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes, we offer convenient e-gift cards in any denomination. Once purchased, the gift card can be used on any future online purchase with no expiration date.
Is my Gift Card valid in stores and online?
Our e-gift cards are only valid at CMCdesign.com. It is not valid with our retail partners.
Returns & Exchanges

We have dedicated team members available to assist with any and all questions Monday- Friday from 8 am - 4 pm MST.
How do I start a return?
Send us an inquiry through our contact form and a dedicated CMC Design Team member will get the return started for you.
What is the return policy?
Products can be returned provided they are in the same condition as when they were received.
How long will it take for my return shipment to be delivered?
That is dependent on the postal service. It usually takes about 3-10 business days.
How do I start an Exchange?
You can send us an inquiry through our contact form and a dedicated CMC Design Team member will assist you.
Can I return or exchange an item purchased from a retail store?
Retail stores are a different entity and we can not accept an item purchased from one of our retail partners.
