Orders

Can I edit or cancel my order?

You can send us an inquiry and our dedicated customer service team will get this resolved for you if the order hasn’t been packaged and shipped yet.

How do I track my order?

If you purchase Route Package Protection you can use the Route app for on-time tracking. If not, you can use the tracking number given to you through your shipping confirmation

How long does it take to process an order?

It depends on when the order is submitted, but they will be processed within 24 hours.

Do you offer discounts?

We do not offer discounts on our products. If you sign up for our newsletter, you will be the first to know of any promotions we are running!

Can I buy your products at a retail store?

Our products are also available in these fine retailers: PGA Tour Superstore, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Pro Golf Discount, or Worldwide Golf Store’s, (Edwin Watts, Roger Dunn Golf Shops, The Golf Mart, Van’s Pro Shop, Uinta Golf, Golfer’s Warehouse, Las Vegas Golf Superstore).

Shipping

How soon will my order arrive?

Your order should arrive within 3-10 business days. Sometimes there are instances where an order can take longer to ship especially when international.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer $5 flat rate shipping everywhere in the US and a $20 express shipping option which should arrive in two days from the time of ship. Hawaii and internationally we calculate our shipping by weight and distance of the package.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes you will receive a shipping notification when your order ships.

Payment

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Shop Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Meta Pay.

Can I used multiple forms of payment?

We do not accept multiple forms of payment on our website.

Can I purchase a gift card?

We only offer e-gift cards. You will go to the Gift Card product, and select your denomination. Once you checkout, the gift card can be used on any future online purchase.

Is my Gift Card valid in stores and online?

The e-gift card is only valid online. It is not valid with our retail partners.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return?

What is the return policy?

Products can be returned provided they are in the same condition as when they were received.

How long will it take for my return shipment to be delivered?

That is dependent on the postal service. It usually takes about 3-10 business days.

Can I return or exchange an item purchased from a retail store?

Retail stores are a different entity and we can not accept an item purchased from one of our retail partners.
