Custmer service sucks

I contacted custmer service twice with no reply. This bag is much smaller than I expected. I cant even fit my cell phone in it. I requested info on how to o about returning twice with no reply to my request. I am very disappointed.

Wife found a similar pack on vacation last year and we have been looking for more ever since.
Will be buying more very soon. Would l9ve to find out how to be a distributor.
