Digi Camo Mini Day Pack

I contacted custmer service twice with no reply. This bag is much smaller than I expected. I cant even fit my cell phone in it. I requested info on how to o about returning twice with no reply to my request. I am very disappointed.

The pack is just what I was looking for, except it had the wrong medallion on it. I ordered a pack with the " hibiscus" emblem, but I received an American Flag design instead. I'm plenty patriotic, but I was disappointed I didn't get what I ordered.

I originally bought one of these at Universal Studios in Florida. I needed more room than my fanny pack offered, and this thing holds a lot! Plus it can be worn as a shoulder bag, a cross-body bag or even strapped at the waist. It held all my necessities, including my bulky wraparound sunglasses. I could also squeeze small purchases into it. Truly indispensable.
So I showed it to my sister recently who travels a lot, and she wanted one. But I wasn't planning on a trip to Orlando. Luckily we found this website. So I ordered one for each of us in black with the anchor emblem. I'm giving her hers for her birthday.
My only disappointment was the emblem was only slightly off-center on one of these but a whole eighth of an inch on the other. So I'll keep the flawed one.
