MINIMUM ORDER GUIDELINES: * Minimum Orders vary by product. * All pricing is based on one shipment and invoice per order. * All quantity Minimums are per order per shipment. * New Custom Diecast Ball Marker: 100 Ball Markers per each new art submission.

DIE CHARGES: Die charge will vary by item see product for cost.

PAYMENT TERMS: * Major Credit Cards Accepted : Visa, MC, Amex. * For Wholesale Customers, payment terms are Net 30 upon approved credit. * If a Wholesale Customer and paying by Credit Card, a $2.95 service charge per order is applicable. * Customers paying by Credit Card will be charged upon placing an order. If order requires art approval on customized products and art work is not agreed upon, the customer will be reimbursed upon notice or order cancellation. * Opening orders may require payment by credit card.

ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. CALL FOR RETURN OF GOODS AUTHORIZATION ON ALL RETURNS, 800.542.4454 *Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. *Authorization is required for ALL returns. *Customized products may NOT be returned after art has been approved, damaged goods only.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: * Camera ready or electronic file formats :.ai, .eps, .tif, .pdf, .jpg, .png. * Unacceptable forms include :.doc files, faxes, golf balls, embroidery files, sew – outs. * Art files should be uploaded via a link on a website. * Color matching : to ensure accurate logo duplication, please provide Pantone numbers for each color in the logo. * Proof Approval : New art / product orders will not be processed until receipt of approval. * Note that unacceptable art or delays in proof approval will delay the manufacturing process and may jeopardize the anticipated ship date.

LEAD TIME: * Lead time on new art order begins after proof approval. * Lead time will vary by product. * Large quantity order may be subject to a longer lead time.

GENERAL INFORMATION: * FOB : AZ unless noted. * Bag Tag prices include a PVC strap. Leather and special straps are available at an additional charge. * Bag Tag orders under 1000 units will be individually strapped and poly – bagged. * Bag Tag orders over 1000 units will be shipped bulk / no strap assembly. * All bulk and towel orders are subject to be shipped 6 % + /- of total quantity ordered.
